We recently stayed at a stunning resort by AMR in a beautiful location. The staff, like the two Franciscos at breakfast, were incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. Our room, with its luxurious bathroom and amazing view, was the perfect retreat. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast at the Red Kitchen was delicious.
We did experience a minor inconvenience with the provided lockers, as we had to rely on an employee to unlock them for us.

Our stay at Zoetry was truly amazing. The butler service provided by Issac, Christian, and Harlen was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The beach may not have been suitable for swimming, but the pool area was perfect for lounging and relaxing. The food was delicious, especially the Mexican buffet on Friday night. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic and private getaway.

The stay was great during my New Year's vacation. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. I loved the complimentary tea time every day at 5:00 pm and the beautiful view from the balcony. The location was also convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
There were a few negatives during my stay. The room was outdated and some of the facilities were in need of updating.

We had the perfect stay at this hotel. The suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely stunning, and we loved having our own private pool outside. The food at the Canoa restaurant was amazing, and the staff, especially Omar, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. As it was our honeymoon, we were treated to an incredible massage that was the perfect way to relax. The hotel itself is tranquil and peaceful, with no activities after dinner, allowing us to truly rest and unwind. The location is also great, being fairly close to the airport, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted and escorted from the airport amidst the huge crowds.
Hard to think of anything negative about our stay.

Excellent small hotel, great gourmet food and beverages, great service usual for resorts in Mexico, very clean, excellent restaurants. The staff were all amazing, friendly, considerate and provided the best service you could imagine. The facility was beautiful, clean, and wonderful. They had many daily events. The property is small enough that you feel spoiled and known by ever staff member you meet, most of who addressed me by name each day.
Could not be improved in any way.
